Job summary

You will lead a team, deploy Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and implement SAP EWM processes to optimize warehouse performance.

The role requires 10+ years in warehouse environments, strong leadership, and expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team executing operational excellence initiatives in Global Logistics (inbound warehousing, transportation, and finished goods distribution).
• Allocate resources and guide team in time studies, process mapping, and bottleneck resolution.
• Oversee data analysis to investigate compliance, quality, or performance issues and develop corrective actions.
• Coach team in Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and error-proof processes.
• Lead cross-functional Lean/Six Sigma training and ensure continuous improvement principles are applied.
