Qualifications

Proficient with PCs; MS Office; Excel fluency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with web meetings.
MRP/SAP experience and familiarity with Agile methods.

Responsibilities

Lead production teams to meet weekly and quarterly goals.
Coach staff and manage performance; support career development.
Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives on the line.
Monitor KPIs, production capacity, and safety compliance.
Collaborate with Training and Quality in process improvements.
Document variances, implement corrective actions, and escalate as needed.
