Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead inventory control, 3PL partnerships, and reverse logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Sunnyvale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading inventory control, warehouse execution, and 3PL partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, transfers, cycle counts, variance investigation, and RMA/reverse logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS systems and financial controls (SOX readiness).
• Ability to drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory control across internal warehouses, manufacturing sites, and 3PLs.
• Set standards for counts, high-value inventory, discrepancy closure, and accuracy.
• Improve inventory practices to protect margin and reduce losses.
• Ensure transactions, documentation, approvals, and financial controls are aligned.
• Partner with Finance to ensure audit-ready inventory documentation and period-end close.
• Lead 3PL governance, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Drive system reconciliation, receipt confirmation, and cross-functional coordination.
