Job summary

Solenis is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. • Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence.
• Maintain EH&S compliance with DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Support cross-training and workforce development with the Material Handling Supervisor.
• Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services.
• Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning.
• Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager.
