Job summary

Intuitive is hiring for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the team responsible for receiving, inventory management, and materials movement in a fully onsite setting in the United States. You will manage staffing, procedures, and compliance with SOX and FDA requirements while driving Lean improvements across the value stream.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing/RMA, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency with SAP and MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and /or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Manufacturing and/or RMA operations, preferably in large capital equipment or medical device industry.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers and SAP to perform daily work. Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and MRP systems. QAD and Agile experience preferred.
• Proven track record of being an effective Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing company.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Kanban systems, kitting, and other Lean material flow practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve given team performance goals for Warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and materials movement-related metrics.
• Oversee personnel, administration of warehouse operations, and inventory management functions related to receiving, warehouse, WIP, and pack-out activities.
• Ensure 3PL staffing levels meet ISI business requirements and follow procedures, standards, and schedules.
• Maintain documented procedures for Receiving, Material Movement and Storage, Kitting, and Shipping.
