Job summary

The ideal candidate has Lean manufacturing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP/MRP systems, plus a track record of meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and experience driving LSS projects.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and motivate production personnel to follow procedures and meet quality standards.
• Meet weekly and quarterly production goals per SIOP.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency; take corrective actions.
• Manage production KPIs and investigate variances.
• Plan, supervise, drive improvements, and report production performance.
• Identify barriers and drive lean improvements on manufacturing lines.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with Training for up-to-date skills.
