• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field with 4+ years progressive experience.
• Strong verbal communication and group presentation skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and data analysis.
• Solid project management and change-management abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and drive Lean initiatives.
• Preference for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and NPI/intro experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering projects such as value stream mapping and line/start‑up efforts.
• Perform data‑driven investigations to identify opportunities and recommendations.
• Analyze operations, monitor labor, WIP, and productivity metrics, and build business cases.
• Review work cell layout and process flow; propose cost‑effective improvements.
• Develop time standards, line balancing, and cost estimation activities.
• Support large layout changes and provide strategic analysis for capacity planning.
• Draft and maintain reports or dashboards for analysis and communication.
