Qualifications

• 12+ years related experience in Manufacturing/Operations with medical device emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years leading engineering teams or equivalent leadership.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous environments and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience applying supplier process knowledge to improve quality and cost.
• Ability to read GD&T and guide technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of Supplier Engineers to drive quality and performance at suppliers.
• Coach and develop the team with clear expectations and outcome-based goals.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and supplier leadership.
• Own supplier qualification activities and CAPA/SCAR across lifecycle.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation, and process maturity with suppliers.
