Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
• Minimum two years customer service experience.
• Minimum one year store operations/management experience.
• Minimum two years forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Operations Manager.
• Train and enforce safety procedures per OSHA/DOT policies.
• Manage office policies and procedures.
• Open/close the facility and supervise staff.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment.
• Schedule employees and balance workloads.
• Oversee inventory and assets.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound trucking and forklift use.
• Drive when required and train drivers.
• Conduct performance reviews and recruit as needed.
• Resolve workplace issues and drive efficiency.
