Job summary

Medline in Massachusetts is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving, storage and shipment, and coach a team of associates. You will oversee overtime within budget while maintaining safety and high productivity.

Responsibilities include directing staff, reviewing procedures, optimizing space, and collaborating with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and ensure procedures are followed.
• Review operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and equipment protection.
