Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Massachusetts to direct store warehouse operations, supervise specialists and forklift operators, and support daily freight scheduling based on customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak seasons. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory control, safety, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in warehouse or distribution
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with other departments in the company
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance)
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and problem solve
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient warehouse operations
• Complete activity reports for management
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, and receiver reports
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP
• Ensure products are staged for counting/inspection
• Ensure safe storage to conserve space
• Oversee inventory rotation
• Perform other duties as directed
