1-800-Pack-Rat, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient daily operations and safe workflow within our facility. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to optimize performance while upholding OSHA and DOT safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years customer service.
• Minimum 1 year store operations/management.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations with the Operations Manager.
• Train and enforce OSHA/DOT safety procedures.
• Manage office policies and procedures.
• Open/close facility.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment.
• Prepare and balance employee schedules.
• Manage inventory and assets.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound containers with Dispatch.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and dismiss staff.
• Ensure a safe and efficient, fast-paced work environment.
