Responsibilities include coordinating selectors, tracking productivity metrics, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires overnight availability, a high school diploma, and experience with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in a warehouse.
• 1+ year managing 3+ direct reports.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• General knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ability to work overnight hours and manage a physically demanding environment.
• Proficiency in WMS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate overnight order selectors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and morale.
• Assist in scheduling, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Address and resolve employee concerns during the shift.
• Report daily operational status to the Assistant Operations Manager.
• Support inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Uphold a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
