Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division of Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee overnight order selection and supervise 12 team members, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires overnight availability, a high school diploma, and experience with warehouse operations and WMS; you will coach staff, monitor productivity, schedule workflows, and report shifts to operations management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse role is required.
• 1+ year managing 3+ direct reports is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• General knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ability to work overnight hours and manage a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate overnight order selectors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency metrics
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and maintain high morale
• Assist Assistant Operations Manager in scheduling, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving
• Conduct routine inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
• Address and resolve employee concerns and/or operational issues during the shift
• Report daily operational status, challenges, and successes to the Assistant Operations Manager
• Support inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
