Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift/PIT experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift.
• Communicate daily priorities and assign workflow.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and order accuracy.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE are followed.
• Verify accurate product handling, labeling, staging, and shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts.
• Train and cross-train warehouse associates.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as certified.
• Identify and report safety, inventory, equipment, or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
