RJW Logistics Group in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for moving products safely, accurately and on time. You will set the tone on the floor with a focus on safety, quality and productivity while developing associates.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution environment, strong communication, and experience with WMS to plan labor and ensure timely orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team while prioritizing safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in high-volume, deadline-driven operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and solid computer/data-entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a hands-on approach to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume and service commitments.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and to RJW standards.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
