Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for moving products safely, accurately and on time. You will set the tone on the floor, prioritize safety, quality and productivity, and coach associates to meet customer expectations.

You will manage daily work, coordinate labor and equipment to match volume and deadlines, ensure proper picking, staging, loading and shipping, and maintain accurate documentation while partnering with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse supervisory/managerial role.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with safety and productivity focus.
• Experience planning labor in high-volume operations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with RJW standards.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
