RJW Logistics in Joliet, IL is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to guide a team and ensure products move safely, accurately and on time. You will set the tone on the floor with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and productivity while developing associates who drive results.

You will lead labor planning, work prioritization, and ensure accurate documentation, partnering with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to deliver a consistent experience for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments to meet volume and service commitments.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume and deadlines.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately and on time.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors for smooth shift handoffs.
