RJW Logistics Group in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safety, accuracy and on-time product movement across a fast-paced distribution center. You will plan daily work, assign tasks, monitor pick/pack/ship processes, ensure proper documentation and uphold continuous improvement while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and a path for growth within our expanding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with high safety, accuracy, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in high-volume operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong data entry skills.
• Clear, confident communication and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a warehouse team to meet customer expectations.
• Plan and prioritize daily work to align labor and equipment with volume and service commitments.
• Ensure accurate picking, staging, loading and shipping per customer specs and RJW standards.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Promote safety and quality culture and drive continuous improvement on the dock.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/CS and other supervisors to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
