Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day site operations in Charlotte, coordinating with drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership to ensure accurate receiving, sorting, and dispatch, while upholding safety and service standards.

You will drive labor planning, performance coaching, and SOP adherence, partnering with the Warehouse Manager to execute plans and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse/logistics/operations role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently during a shift.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record/background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure on-time execution.
• Conduct pre-shift and mid-shift meetings, communicate goals, assign duties, and monitor SLA performance.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Coach and provide feedback to associates and drivers, and document performance.
• Train staff on standard operating procedures and ensure SOP compliance across all areas.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and onboarding/dispatch activities with the Warehouse Manager.
• Use WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow, track inventory accuracy, and document shift reports.
• Manage access control, report lost devices, and maintain security across sites.
• Address customer experience tickets daily and escalate to management when needed.
• Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing and coach teams on safe practices.
