Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and act as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You will supervise labor, ensure safety standards, and maintain inventory accuracy while collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to meet the daily plan.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear communication, and delivering an outstanding resident experience through reliable, timely package handling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to learn Fetch WMS quickly
• Strong communication and safety focus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities
• Assess performance and provide timely feedback; coach associates
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety on the floor
• Coordinate with contractors; onboard and dispatch as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete shift documentation
