Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation at the site, guiding drivers, associates, and independent contractors. This hourly frontline role coordinates labor, directs workflow, and enforces Fetch standards to ensure accurate, timely delivery to residents.

The supervisor works with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality across the operation, while delivering an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet through shift work.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Execute open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations for timely execution.
• Lead pre-shift/mid-shift meetings, review goals, and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members; escalate issues to Warehouse Manager.
• Train staff on SOPs and ensure ongoing compliance across operations.
• Coordinate with independent contractors, onboarding and scheduling as needed.
• Use WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow, track inventory, and document shifts.
• Maintain access control, report lost devices, and manage security.
• Address customer tickets daily and escalate as required.
• Promote safety and wellbeing, address hazards, and ensure incident reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support on-site residents and vendors.
