Fetch Package is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our site, guiding drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This hourly leadership role drives workflow, assigns duties, and upholds Fetch standards to ensure on-time deliveries and resident satisfaction.

You will partner with the Warehouse Manager, coach staff, enforce SOPs, and monitor performance using the Fetch WMS. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering a superior resident experience daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Comfortable using tech platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Conduct pre-/mid-shift meetings and communicate daily goals to drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure safety compliance; coordinate with independent contractors.
• Use Fetch WMS and reports to track inventory, KPIs, and complete documentation on time.
• Serve as on-site contact for residents, vendors, and agencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Support Warehouse Manager with ride-alongs, coaching, and process improvements.
