Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates across 1st and 2nd shifts. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while applying LEAN methods to remove bottlenecks and improve processes. This is a full-time role with day-one benefits and an employee-owned culture.

You will coach a diverse team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with policies in a dynamic, climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years of formal leadership experience for teams of 10 or more
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
• Demonstrated experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage a team
• Experience conducting structured monthly check-ins and on-the-floor observations
• Experience developing and tracking action plans for team members
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage change
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet and exceed performance goals
• Set clear KPIs for productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to foster a respectful, collaborative environment
• Promote skill development and continuous improvement across the team
• Recognize outstanding performance and maintain a positive work culture
• Oversee safety inspections and audits to maintain compliance
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive warehouse
• Supervise daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory
• Apply LEAN methodologies to identify process improvements and reduce waste
• Collaborate with peers to implement improvements based on feedback
