Responsibilities include safety leadership, process improvements, and ensuring high standards across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with adherence to policies. This full-time role requires flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years in warehouse ops with 2+ years formal leadership for 10+ team members.
• Proven track record of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring and developing warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25-28 Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient operations and safety.
• Set clear performance goals using KPIs for productivity, accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a collaborative, respectful work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement with LEAN methods and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in daily operations.
