Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our production floor team. The role involves supporting supervisors and managers, training new hires, and helping with safety, quality, and inventory tasks across departments.

You will rotate across areas as needed and uphold KeHE’s mission and values. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally with internal customers and management.
• Ability to work independently of direct supervision.
• Ability to follow guidelines, work in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

• Completes work on production floor such as selecting, loading, inventory, inspection, pallets, etc.
• Performs quality checks on products, cases, and pallets.
• Verifies accuracy of orders, inventory, and cases.
• Trains new hires in the areas of production.
• Maintains safe work practices.
• Communicates with supervisors and managers within the warehouse.
• Addresses issues and supports coverage as needed.
