Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in food manufacturing or related field with supervisory experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Spanish-English proficiency ideal.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage conflicts.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Review workflows, staffing, space allocations, and action plans for productivity and quality.
• Monitor receiving, shipping and incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee order picking and coordinate with carriers' scheduling.
• Ensure stock is stored in correct locations and equipment is safe to operate.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse practices.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
