Job summary

De Silva Brothers & Company in Pico Rivera, CA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run daily inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy, and GMP-compliant operations in a food production environment.

You'll lead a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators, coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing, and ensure audit-ready records in SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment (food, beverage, pharma).
• GMP/HACCP knowledge and ERP/WMS experience.
• Forklift certified or able to certify within 30 days.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and warehouse condition.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing.
• Maintain FIFO, cycle counts, and lot traceability.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, and HACCP compliance and audit readiness.
