Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years in food manufacturing or related fields, strong data analysis skills in Excel, and bilingual Spanish-English communication.

Qualifications

• Five years in food manufacturing or related field with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; data analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; documentation.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage conflicts.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee inventory management including receiving and shipping.
• Prepare workflows and staffing requirements to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor receiving, shipping and shipments for accuracy.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee order picking and coordinate with carriers’ shipment scheduling.
• Record inventory on delivery and store properly.
• Ensure stock is stored correctly in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor expenditures and take corrective actions if needed.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is safe to operate and staff use equipment safely.
