Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical blueprints, PLCs, and mechanical schematics.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient math and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and implementing maintenance programs to meet labor goals.
• Supervise maintenance mechanics; provide guidance and training.
