Job summary

• Pick and issue material according to requests and priorities.
• Preserve, package, mark, and label for storage and shipment.
• Prepare and maintain receiving, inventory, issue, movement, and shipping documentation.
• Enter or retrieve material information in Navy ERP.
• Monitor shelf-life items and ensure stock rotation.

Ghostrock , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Warehouse Specialists to support Navy Property Management and Logistics services.

Position Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming material against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents to verify item identification, quantity, and condition.

Identify and report damaged, missing, incorrect, unidentified, or discrepant material.

Unload, segregate, label, and place material in designated storage locations.

Maintain storage areas, bins, racks, shelves, and material locations to support accountability, cleanliness, and safety.

Perform physical inventory counts and location surveys, verify material identification and quantities, and assist with researching discrepancies.

Pick and issue material according to authorized requests and required priorities.

Perform preservation, packaging, packing, marking, and labeling for storage and shipment.

Prepare and maintain receiving, inventory, issue, movement, and shipping documentation, including required supporting records.

Enter or retrieve material information in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP).

Monitor shelf-life items and support proper stock rotation and handling of expired material.

Position Requirements:

Required Qualifications

More than one year of relevant warehouse, supply, material handling, or logistics experience.

Active Secret security clearance.

Ability to verify material against documentation, maintain accurate records, and follow storage and handling procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience supporting Navy or Department of Defense warehouse operations.

Experience using Navy ERP or another inventory management system.

Experience conducting inventories, researching discrepancies, and maintaining material accountability.

Familiarity with military packaging, marking, shipping documentation, and disposal preparation.

Position is located in Crane, IN.
