Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager in Crane, IN to oversee Navy property management and logistics. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program or project management, with a focus on property accountability, logistics, and inventory processes. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline is required.
• 5+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Experience with property accountability, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping or disposal.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance to ensure services and deliverables meet requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
• Direct and coordinate personnel supporting property accountability, warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, shipping, and related admin functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact; communicate priorities, resolve issues, and track actions through completion.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor hours, expenditures, and performance against the staffing plan and budget.
• Implement quality control procedures, monitor performance metrics, and manage corrective actions.
• Oversee preparation and submission of required reports, deliverables, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate support for property accountability reviews, inventory reconciliation, and audit readiness activities.
• Identify operational, staffing, schedule, and cost risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure personnel maintain required qualifications, training, clearances, access, and equipment certifications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage performance to ensure services and deliverables meet requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
• Direct and coordinate personnel supporting property accountability, warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, shipping, and related administrative functions.
