Job summary

Responsibilities include inventory counts, material verification, labeling, packing, and operating Navy ERP to track movements. A Secret clearance is required, and previous DoD warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, supply or logistics experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to verify material against documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow storage and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming material against purchase orders, packing slips and shipping documents.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, incorrect, unidentified, or discrepant material.
• Unload, segregate, label, and place material in designated storage locations.
• Maintain storage areas, bins, racks, shelves, and material locations for accountability, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform physical inventory counts and location surveys, verify material IDs and quantities, research discrepancies.
• Pick and issue material according to requests and priorities.
• Preserve, package, mark, and label for storage and shipment.
• Prepare and maintain receiving, inventory, issue, movement, and shipping documentation.
• Enter or retrieve material information in Navy ERP.
• Monitor shelf-life items and ensure stock rotation.
