Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, receiving, and shipping for material handling in San Diego, CA. The role supports 24/7 operations and requires physical ability and Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include maintaining Warehouse Management System records, generating shipping documents, and adhering to Navy policies; HS diploma and 1–3 years logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipboard installation.
• Knowledge HAZMAT shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy material handling policies, procedures, and documentation preferred.
• Understanding of US Navy supply system and practices.
• Proficient with computers, printers, laptops, and common Windows applications.
• Must possess organizational skills and maintain disciplined inventory and material control processes.
• Must possess, and maintain, a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts in support of 24/7 operations.

• a. Maintain a correct inventory of material within the Warehouse Management System.
