Job summary

SwiftX in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to supervise DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to standards and driving performance improvements.

You will develop QA protocols, oversee fleet and budget management, and coordinate cross‑team logistics to optimize operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year in last‑mile/3PL warehousing are required, with strong leadership and pressure handling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate logistics between warehouse to warehouse.
• Lead budget management and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified Staffing Agencies and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
