Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a dynamic site leader to run a 5–15k sq ft distribution center, oversee the warehouse operations team, and drive top-tier service for our customers. You’ll recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team across shifts, own labor budgets, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

You’ll use data to identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Owner mindset with ability to support a 24/7 business across shifts and rapidly growing operations.
• Problem-solve from first principles and avoid status-quo thinking.
• Thrives in ambiguity with data-driven decision making.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends as site lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution center and local warehouse operating team.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing Shift Lead and Operations Associate team.
• Own day-to-day operations, labor budgeting, scheduling, and site metrics.
• Deliver best possible customer experience and maintain order accuracy and speed.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and design process improvements.
