Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management or Fulfillment.
• 1+ years experience managing a team.
• Flexibility in schedule including late-night and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads to drive safety-first culture and performance.
• Drive scheduling and inventory management to meet targets across shifts.
• Analyze data to guide resource allocation and workflow improvements; lead process improvements.
• Coach team to deliver high-quality customer experience and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
