Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Warehouse Leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft DashMart distribution center and its operations team in Fresno. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing Shift Leads group and Operations Associates, while ensuring safety, productivity, and strong customer experience.

You’ll own daily warehouse operations, scheduling, and labor budgets, driving site metrics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ team leadership experience in high-volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Proven owner mentality and ability to operate 24/7 across multiple shifts.
• Analytical problem-solver who uses data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates to operate safely and productively.
• Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including labor budgeting and scheduling.
• Delight customers by maintaining order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Design and execute process improvements to boost efficiency and employee experience.
