Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Warehouse Leader to manage a DashMart distribution center in Fresno, CA. You will recruit, coach, and retain a 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ Ops Associates, set a safe, productive culture, and own day-to-day site operations, including labor budgeting and scheduling.

You will drive on-time fulfillment, quality metrics, and data-driven improvements. You’ll partner with central teams to provide tools and implement process changes across shifts, in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ team leadership in high-volume operations.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset for 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
• Data-driven decision making; proficient with Excel/Sheets for analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional work experience.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, coaching & retention for Shift Leads (3+) and Ops Associates (6+).
• Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse; manage labor budget.
• Ensure site meets quality and throughput metrics and safe operations.
• Drive process improvements using data to reduce pain-points and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with central teams (inventory, training) to equip the team.
