DoorDash, Inc. DashMart is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to manage a 5–15k sq ft distribution center and lead a team of Shift Leads and Associates. You will own daily operations, labor budgeting, and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness across orders.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume operations, a data-driven mindset, and flexibility for late-night and weekend shifts. Equity and a strong benefits package accompany base pay.
