Job summary

DoorDash Essentials, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-volume DashMart distribution center in Fresno, CA. You will recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Associates, manage scheduling and labor budgets, and drive safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment for every order.

You’ll use data to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and partner with inventory and training teams to raise customer satisfaction while building a positive culture across 10+

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations.
• Leads teams of 10+ employees.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities
