You will own day-to-day operations, staffing, and the labor budget, drive on-time fulfillment, and partner with inventory and training teams to raise metrics. A data-driven, owner mindset is essential for success in a fast-growing, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations.
• Proven leader with 10+ employees managed.
• Ownership mindset across a 24/7 operation.
• Strong problem-solving from first principles.
• Thrives in ambiguous startup environments.
• Data-driven, comfortable with Excel/Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a DashMart warehouse, ensuring safety and quality.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Shift Leads and Associates.
• Own labor scheduling and budget; hit site-level metrics.
• Drive process improvements using data to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with inventory and training teams to support the workforce.
