Job summary

Altor Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse (Shipping & Receiving) Supervisor to lead and optimize warehouse operations for receipt, storage, inventory, and transport of components and finished goods. You will oversee receiving, packing, shipping, and cycle counts, while ensuring safety and accuracy in ERP documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and process-improvement skills to support production schedules and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or purchasing preferred but not required, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ functional warehouse management and leadership experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Proficient in NetSuite/ERP system, Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations including uninterrupted delivery of goods to/from production lines and manufacturing areas.
• Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities: filling and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and documentation, receiving material and routing to proper areas.
• Create and manage domestic and foreign shipping documentation and ERP records.
• Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and ensure staff compliance with procedures.
• Develop and monitor safety and security procedures for staff and facilities.
