Job summary

Ships-A-Lot is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will lead by example to ensure safety, productivity, and a customer-focused operation using WMS, RF scanning, and automation technologies.

The role requires 3–5 years in a warehouse with supervisory experience; forklift certification and comfort with automation are preferred. On-site location with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience with supervision or team lead exposure.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience with automated warehouse equipment, robotics, conveyors, AMRs or ASRS is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Schedule daily work to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service level performance.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Transportation teams.
• Train employees on new technology, warehouse software, and automation processes.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and shipping errors.
