Job summary

ALTOR in Jackson, TN is seeking a Warehouse (Shipping & Receiving) Supervisor to manage the warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate receipt, storage, inventory, and transport of components and finished goods. You will oversee receiving, shipping, and stock records, guiding a team to meet production and distribution needs while upholding ALTOR's safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or purchasing preferred but not required, or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of functional warehouse management and leadership experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational/prioritization skills with multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse operations ensuring uninterrupted delivery of goods to/from production lines and manufacturing areas.
Supervise daily warehouse and shipping activities, including filling and shipping orders, and ensuring accuracy of shipments and documentation.
Ensure efficient inbound and outbound transportation scheduling, unloading/loading, and document execution.
Create and manage domestic and foreign shipping documentation and ERP recordkeeping.
Oversee inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation; ensure proper stocking and labeling.
