Job summary

Alpha Technologies in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to plan, coordinate, and support the distribution of finished goods and spare parts. You will identify delivery requirements, schedule freight, and pick and ship orders within our ERP system.

The role requires at least 3 years in shipping/receiving, forklift certification, and strong PC skills with Microsoft Office. You will perform receiving, cycle counts, packing lists, and maintain accurate inventory in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in shipping portals (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) required.
• Minimum 3 years of previous shipping and receiving experience required.
• Qualified/certified forklift driver
• Intermediate to Advanced PC, Microsoft Office skills required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills: written and oral.
• Be organized and efficient.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support distribution of finished goods and spare parts.
• Identify on-time delivery requirements and meet them.
• Schedule freight companies for domestic and international shipments.
• Pick and ship orders within ERP system.
• Perform receiving function and verify counts.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operate forklift.
• Prepare packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Train others on warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
