McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector I to support item selection across multiple warehouse zones, operating a reach truck and pallet jack, and ensuring accurate loading of trucks.

Responsibilities include picking, stacking, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily deadlines. Training pays start at $20.75–$23.00/hour, with higher rates during 100% production and shift options; full benefits begin by day 60, with a 4-day work week on 1st shift or 3rd

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred (reach truck, pallet jack, forklift).
• Able to lift 50 lbs+ and perform basic inspections.

Responsibilities

• May work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and other areas.
• Drive and operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Select product, load trucks, move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Hand-stack when needed and shrink-wrap outgoing orders.
