Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector I for our Concord, NC facility. You will select and stage products, operate material handling equipment, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay includes training at $20.25/hour and production pay at $24.00/hour with incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days, with paid time off, holidays after 90 days, and various insurance and assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and understand English.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks.
• Move product within warehouse and to loading dock.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders.
• Maintain a clean work area.
