Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector for 1st shift in Memphis, TN. Training pays $20.00 per hour with production pay at $24.25 per hour and potential incentives. You will support loading/unloading, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating reach trucks and pallet jacks, selecting goods, labeling, and maintaining a clean work area. Benefits begin after 60 days, with medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 50 pounds or more.
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and within the warehouse.
• Drive and operate a reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Hand-stack product when items are off balance or mislocated.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
