Job summary

McLane is hiring a Warehouse Selector for the 1st shift. You will select products, load trucks, and move goods between the dock and warehouse, with exposure to multiple warehouse zones and provided freezer gear.

You’ll review documents, verify product details, and operate reach trucks and pallet jacks to fulfill orders. Benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid holidays after 90 days, a 401(k) with profit sharing, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• 1 year distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• English reading/writing competence for job tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move product within the warehouse and to docks.
• Work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas as needed.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, stack product.
• Review documents, verify quantity, identity and condition of product.
• Shrink-wrap and label orders, keep work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
